• If using languages other than English, Spanish or French, please verify that all materials needed for your school are available from ISOM.



Enroll

• If you are the senior pastor of your church, challenge your members to be trained. Your promotion of the vision of the school is critical to its success.

• If you are not the pastor of your church, show and submit all materials to your local pastor for approval and support.

• Pray and seek God about your personal involvement with the ISOM. Remember that this is more than a program; it is discipleship, and consequently must be directed by His Spirit.

• Upon approval from your local pastor, begin to promote the ISOM to people in your local church, or to those who you know will be interested.

• Secure a location and time for the classes, as well as all necessary equipment.



Launch

• Set a date to begin the school.
(Remember to allow at least 3 weeks for order processing with ISOM)

• Ask potential students to sign up, and pay at least a down payment on the student registration costs.

• Send the “Church Application” form to ISOM, along with a full payment for the first trimester. (If you don’t know the exact number of students yet, just plan for the minimum of 10 at $60 per student. Quantities and prices can be adjusted as you come closer to your start date.)



Confirm

• Verify that your application has been received and processed by calling or e-mailing ISOM.

• Once you receive your final count of students, inform ISOM of any changes.

• Expect a 3 - 4 week delivery time after your order has been placed.

• Upon receipt of materials, verify the accuracy of your order by checking videos, notes, etc.



Personalize

• Develop your own unique style for your classes. A dress code and punctual starting times are recommended. Attendance for each class session needs to be recorded.

• Look over the Facilitator’s Guide (included with school materials) for further instructions.

• Bathe everything in prayer as you begin your classes, and trust God to accomplish his purposes and plans throughout the lessons.



Upon Completion of a Trimester

• Call and order the next trimester’s materials at least 3 weeks before your start date.

• Record and e-mail trimester grades using the provided spreadsheet.
