ISOM Online is delivered via flash video embedded in a web browser. This ensures maximum compatibility between platforms, and best quality for content.

Computer Requirements:

1. Broadband (200+ kbps) Internet Access. Dial-Up internet is not supported.

2. Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or later, Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or later for Windows. Apple Safari 2.0 or later or Mozilla Firefox 2.0 or later, for Mac OS X systems. (Please note that AOL 9 and/or Internet Explorer 6 is NOT compatible with our site, or ISOM Online.)

3. Adobe Flash Player 9 or higher is required, so your system must meet the requirements for Adobe Flash Player. Follow here to Download and install the latest Flash Player , then click on the “Download Now” button. This will take you to another web page which will detect your settings and give you installation instructions.

4. Computer speakers, either internal or external, so that the teachings can be heard.
