1. Please make sure that each part of
your system meets the system requirements.
a. Those who have
trouble staying logged in to isom.org should make sure they have
Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2. There is a known issue with Internet
Explorer 6 or below.
b. If you are using AOL,
please make sure of 2 things:
1. You are not using
Dialup for AOL. Please remember that ISOM Online only supports
high-speed internet connections.
2. AOL 9 uses Internet Explorer 6 (not
supported) as its internal internet engine. Please upgrade
to AOL 10, or connect with AOL as normal, but use a different
browser to access ISOM Online. Mozilla Firefox 2.0 and above is
recommended.
2. If you are experiencing choppy or
incomplete video, and you have read and meet all MINIMUM system requirements, then please download
this document and follow the instructions.
